Jobot is seeking a leader to drive Not-for-Profit audit engagements and mentor high-performing teams in a hybrid environment.

You will manage engagement planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting for mission-driven organizations, while partnering with firm leadership to grow the practice and deliver value across GAAP, GAAS, and funding standards.

Hybrid schedule, strong mentorship, and ongoing professional development are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of Not-for-Profit audit and assurance engagements.
• Direct engagement planning, risk assessment, fieldwork execution, and report issuance.
• Serve as the primary client contact for nonprofit organizations.
• Review and approve Audited Financial Statements, Audit Reports, Management Communications, Client Deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, FASB Standards, Uniform Guidance Requirements.
• Provide strategic recommendations related to Internal Controls, Governance, Operational Efficiency, Financial Reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of nonprofit clients including Charitable Organizations, Foundations, Educational Institutions, Social Service Agencies.
• Lead and mentor Audit Seniors, Supervisors, and Staff; deliver technical training and development support.
• Monitor engagement budgets, profitability, staffing, and timelines.
• Oversee and review Single Audits performed under Uniform Guidance.
