The role requires CPA, 5–8 years of audit experience, leadership responsibilities, and knowledge of gaming, digital currency, blockchain. You will build client relationships and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA license required; IT audit certifications acceptable.
• 5–8 years of relevant audit experience; progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with Gaming, Casinos, Digital Currency, Blockchain, Crypto.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals to plan and conclude engagements.
• Maintain engagement timelines, budgets, and firm standards.
• Manage client relationships as primary contact for audit engagements.
• Provide strategic insights to improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Develop audit strategies with partners to address client risks and objectives.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff, conducting performance evaluations.
