Job summary

Novogradac seeks a Manager to oversee audit engagements and staff development. You will plan and staff engagements, review work, and strengthen client relationships while increasing office profitability.

The role sits within the Firm’s Tax/Audit practice and emphasizes audit-specific expertise; travel may be required. CPA preferred, 5–8 years public accounting experience, and a strong technical background are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 5–8 years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• Expert understanding of accounting and auditing rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with planning, staffing, and timely delivery.
