Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking an Audit Manager to coach and develop a team, oversee audits, and contribute to the department's strategy and annual plan. You will lead audits, build relationships across business units, and participate in district and system groups.

This on-site role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, a minimum of a bachelor's degree and professional certifications, and a commitment to integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CPA) required.
• Experience in lead or supervisory roles is essential.
• Ability to analyze internal controls and form objective judgments.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Excellent meeting organization and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, feedback, development for direct reports.
• Develop department strategic direction, policies, and annual audit plan and budget.
• Support risk-based annual audit plan and resource allocation.
• Solicit feedback from staff and incorporate into planning.
• Maintain awareness of engagements and direct reports status.
• Adjust resource allocation with management.
• Lead audits and participate in Bank and System groups.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all work.
• Support ongoing internal quality assurance reviews.
