Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking an Audit Manager to lead and coach audit teams, guide the annual plan and budget, and build relationships across District business units and the System. You will oversee engagements, allocate resources, and drive high standards in internal controls.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CPA), prior lead or supervisory experience, and strong communication with governance groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, or Certified Public Accountant certifications.
• Experience in lead or supervisory roles or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze internal controls and form sound judgments.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Facilitation skills; ability to present to technical and governance audiences.
• Flexibility to partner with stakeholders to add value.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, feedback, development, and assess performance for direct reports.
• Contribute to department strategy, policies, annual audit plan and budget; ensure goals are met.
• Input into risk-based annual audit plan and resource allocation.
• Solicit feedback from staff and adjust planning accordingly.
• Maintain awareness of engagement status and direct reports.
• Collaborate with management to adjust resource allocation.
• Lead audits and build relationships across district business units and system groups.
• Participate in Bank and Federal Reserve System groups and projects.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism; participate in quality assurance reviews.
