Qualifications

• CPA license and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 3+ years in public accounting or related field with audit/examination knowledge.
• Experience with financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Proven project management, deadlines, and team leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage assurance engagements from planning to completion.
• Develop engagement plans, timelines, resources, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with partners and staff to maintain momentum and resolve issues.
• Oversee various assurance services including audits, reviews, SOC exams.
• Maintain engagement documentation to support conclusions.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Provide client relationship management and advisory services.
• Lead and mentor audit staff and interns.
• Monitor budgets and billing; manage project economics.
