The Manager will mentor staff, participate in business development, and maintain strong client relationships while advancing toward Director/Partner path. Hybrid work environment with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and CPA license required.
• Minimum five years of public accounting experience with audit focus.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple audit and review engagements, manage budgets and timelines.
• Maintain client relationships and provide leadership to staff.
• Coach and evaluate staff, contribute to business development.
• Coordinate planning, staffing and engagement workflow with partners.
