Qualifications

• Active CPA license in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in public accounting or related field.
• Experience leading assurance engagements and supervising engagement teams.
• Strong knowledge of applicable AICPA auditing standards and quality management requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Develop engagement timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with partners, managers, staff to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Oversee audits, reviews, compilations, internal audits, SOC examinations, and fraud examinations.
• Apply professional judgment to improve audit approaches and risk-focused procedures.
• Communicate engagement status and findings to clients and firm leadership.
• Ensure engagement documentation complies with standards and internal requirements.
