Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, ensure GAAS compliance, and strengthen internal controls within a dynamic Accounting and Finance team. The role emphasizes deep technical auditing skills, risk assessment, and the ability to drive improvements in financial processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in public accounting, CPA or CIA preferred, and strong leadership capabilities to manage a team while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience focusing on audits.
• CPA or CIA certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing and directing a team.
• Proficient in GAAS, risk assessment, engagement, auditing, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures and financial statements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit engagements from planning to execution in line with GAAS and company standards.
• Perform risk assessments on key business activities and develop an annual audit plan.
• Review financial statements, records, and documentation for compliance with controls.
• Provide assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management.
• Prepare and present audit findings to senior management with recommendations.
• Develop tools to analyze data and improve audit efficiency and value.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
• Maintain knowledge of changes in financial regulations that affect operations.
