Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5–8 years of public accounting experience.
• Experience managing audit and assurance engagements.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and applicable auditing standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, deadlines, budgets, and teams.
• Strong leadership and staff-development skills.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Strong professional judgment and commitment to quality.
• Proactive, collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit, review, compilation, and other assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Manage and develop key client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting, auditing, and financial reporting matters.
• Oversee engagement budgets, staffing, scheduling, WIP, billing, and profitability.
• Mentor, coach, and develop supervisors, seniors, and staff.
• Ensure engagements meet professional standards and quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and services to clients.
• Collaborate with other service lines across the firm.
• Participate in business development and community activities.
• Support process improvement and the effective use of technology and AI.
