Job summary

SC&H Group, located in Tysons Corner, VA, is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements for a diverse client base. The role requires 5+ years of public accounting experience and a CPA credential, with a strong emphasis on client relations and team leadership.

The position is based in our Tysons Corner office, with an expectation of 2-3 days on-site weekly. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits as part of our 100% employee-owned firm culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, GPA 3.2+.
• 5+ years audit experience in public accounting (Big 4/National/large regional preferred).
• CPA is required.
• Experience supervising multiple teams with partner interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Federal contractor/ Construction/ Technology industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with accounting, audit and business consulting services.
• Maintain strong client focus and develop productive client relationships.
• Stay current on accounting pronouncements and industry developments.
• Display teamwork, integrity, leadership, and initiative on engagements.
• Take intelligent risks and operate with minimal guidance.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to improve service delivery.
• Understand SC&H services and identify opportunities to apply them.
