SC&H Group, located in Tysons Corner, VA, is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements for a diverse client base. The role requires 5+ years of public accounting experience and a CPA credential, with a strong emphasis on client relations and team leadership.

The position is based in our Tysons Corner office, with an expectation of 2-3 days on-site weekly. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits as part of our 100% employee-owned firm culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, GPA 3.2+.
• 5+ years audit experience in public accounting (Big 4/National/large regional preferred).
• CPA is required.
• Experience supervising multiple teams with partner interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Federal contractor/ Construction/ Technology industry experience preferred.

SC&H Groupis currently searching for an Audit Manager to join our growing team in our Tysons Corner office. Our Audit Practice serves a very diverse set of clients, and you will be challenged, while having the opportunity to advance rapidly, all while enjoying an industry leading work-life balance.

As a part of our team you will:

• Provide clients with accounting, audit and business consulting services.
• Maintain a strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Stay abreast of new accounting pronouncements/standards, current business and economic developments and/or other guidance relevant to the client's business.
• Display teamwork, integrity, leadership, initiative and work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements.
• Take intelligent risks on assignments without being told what to do or the need for detailed guidance.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to continually learn, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.
• Understand SC&H and its service lines and actively encourage team members to contribute ideas and identify potential opportunities to apply SC&H services.
• This position requires 2-3 days a week in our Tysons Corner office location. Remote candidates will not be considered.

We seek candidates with the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• 5+ years Audit experience working for another Public Accounting firm (Big 4, National or large regional public accounting firm experience preferred).
• CPA is required.

Experience supervising multiple teams at a time and collaborating with the partner group.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Federal contractor, construction, and/or technology industry experience (preferred)

Salary & Benefits

The expected annual base salary for this position is $100,000-$135,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
