Job summary

SC&H Group in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking an Audit Manager to join our growing team at our headquarters. You will lead audit engagements for a diverse client base and advance rapidly while enjoying an industry-leading work-life balance.

The role requires 2–3 days a week in the Hunt Valley office; remote candidates will not be considered. You will supervise multiple teams, stay current with accounting standards, and collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with GPA 3.2+.
• 5+ years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA is required for this role.
• Experience supervising multiple teams and collaborating with partners.
• Industry experience in construction, benefit plans, or not-for-profit preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with accounting, audit and business consulting services.
• Maintain strong client focus and develop productive working relationships.
• Stay current on new accounting pronouncements and guidance relevant to clients.
• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, leadership and initiative on engagements.
• Take intelligent risks and work with teams with minimal guidance.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance service delivery.
