SC&H Group in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking an Audit Manager to join our growing team at our headquarters. You will lead audit engagements for a diverse client base and advance rapidly while enjoying an industry-leading work-life balance.

The role requires 2–3 days a week in the Hunt Valley office; remote candidates will not be considered. You will supervise multiple teams, stay current with accounting standards, and collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with GPA 3.2+.
• 5+ years of audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA is required for this role.
• Experience supervising multiple teams and collaborating with partners.
• Industry experience in construction, benefit plans, or not-for-profit preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

SC&H Group is currently searching for an Audit Manager to join our growing team in our Hunt Valley, MD headquarters. Our Audit Practice serves a very diverse set of clients, and you will be challenged, while having the opportunity to advance rapidly, all while enjoying an industry leading work-life balance.

This position requires 2-3 days a week in our Hunt Valley, MD office location. Remote candidates will not be considered.

As a Part Of Our Team You Will

• Provide clients with accounting, audit and business consulting services.
• Maintain a strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Stay abreast of new accounting pronouncements/standards, current business and economic developments and/or other guidance relevant to the client's business.
• Display teamwork, integrity, leadership, initiative and work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements.
• Take intelligent risks on assignments without being told what to do or the need for detailed guidance.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to continually learn, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.
• Understand SC&H and its service lines and actively encourage team members to contribute ideas and identify potential opportunities to apply SC&H services.

We Seek Candidates With The Following

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• 5+ years Audit experience working for another Public Accounting firm (Big 4, National or large regional public accounting firm experience preferred).
• CPA is required.
• Experience supervising multiple teams at a time and collaborating with the partner group.
• Experience in the following industries is preferred : construction, benefit plans, not for profit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary & Benefits

The expected annual base salary for this position is $100,000-$135,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
