SC&H Group in Tysons Corner seeks an Audit Manager to join our growing Audit Practice. You will serve a diverse client base, advance rapidly, and enjoy a leading work-life balance. 2–3 days on-site weekly; remote work not offered.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with 3.2 GPA, 5+ years of audit experience, and CPA. Supervising multiple teams and partnering with leadership are expected, with proficiency in MS Office and industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a 3.2+ GPA.
• 5+ years audit experience at a public accounting firm (Big 4/large regional preferred).
• CPA is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide clients with accounting, audit and business consulting services.
• Maintain a strong client focus by serving client needs and building relationships.
• Stay updated on new accounting pronouncements and standards relevant to clients.
• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, leadership and initiative with the team.
• Take intelligent risks on engagements with minimal direct guidance.
• Use technology and data analytics to learn and enhance service delivery.
• Understand SC&H and its service lines and encourage team input.
