Job summary

CLA is seeking an Audit Director/Audit Manager to join our State and Local Government practice in the Northeast. Our SLG team supports over 2100 government agencies with a 600-personnel group.

In this role, you will lead client engagements, manage budgets and deadlines, mentor staff, and help clients achieve their audit and financial objectives using a range of tools. CPA is required; experience in government audits is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• Experience leading teams of high performing people and managing governmental audits and Single audits strongly preferred.
• CPA license certification is required.

Our SLG group is one of the fastest growing practice areas within CLA consisting of 600 professionals serving over 2100 local, county, and state government agencies.

What You Will Need

The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is $109,000.00 - $184,000.00

The compensation range for this position in New York is $125,400.00- $190,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Connecticut is $114,000.00- $181,000.00
