Job summary

CLA is seeking an Audit Director/Manager to join our State and Local Government practice in the Northeast. You will lead client engagements, mentor staff, and help government clients meet their audit and financial objectives with strong teamwork and sound judgment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, a CPA license, and at least 6 years in a large professional services or public accounting firm with government and single audits preferred.

CLA is currently seeking an Audit Director/Audit Manager to join our State and Local Government (SLG) practice in our Northeast Offices. Our SLG group is one of the fastest growing practice areas within CLA consisting of 600 professionals serving over 2100 local, county, and state government agencies.

What You Will Need

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm driving strategic management.
• Experience leading teams of high performing people and managing governmental audits and Single audits strongly preferred
• CPA license certification is required.

The compensation range for this position in Maryland is $116,000.00 - $187,000.00.

The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is $112,000.00 - $187,000.00.

The compensation range for this position in Virgina is $118,000.00 - $187,000.00.
