Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Job Title: Audit Manager

Location: Hybrid Position - Dallas, TX

Salary: $115k-150k + Annual Bonuses + Full Benefits

Requirements: At least 5+ years of Public Accounting, at least 5+ years of Audit/Assurance Exp at a CPA firm

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ Years of Public Accounting Experience, CPA, and have shown solid tenure in their past roles. Position Overview

The Audit Manager is responsible for managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing guidance to junior staff. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of audits for various clients in sectors such as public accounting, real estate, manufacturing, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion for various clients.
• Review audit work papers and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and identifying areas for improvement.
• Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their auditing skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient audit processes and effective communication.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification required.
• +5 years of experience in audit, preferably in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of assurance and audit standards.
• Experience in sectors such as real estate, manufacturing, or engineering is preferred.
