What Your Day Looks Like

• Research and resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
• Create templates and resources to support the firm’s audit methodology, including standardization and implementation of new standards.
• Coordinate between audit teams and leadership to ensure objectives are met.
• Oversee firm objectives, professional practices projects, and resource management.
• Participate in quality monitoring, including internal and external inspections.
• Assist in integrating acquired firms into our audit processes and methodology.
• Guide audit teams to identify risks, respond appropriately, and adhere to policies.
• Develop technical specialization areas and serve as an internal and external technical consultant.
• Foster external relationships for long-term business development.

What You Need For This Role

Ideal candidates demonstrate a passion for client service, integrity, project management, technical expertise, and leadership. Experience in the industry is highly valued.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of audit and accounting standards.
• 5+ years’ experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA certification and active license are required.
