Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• Approximately eight or more years of progressive public accounting experience, including leading financial statement audits.
• Experience with financial due diligence, transaction support, QA of earnings, or M&A‑related accounting matters preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards.
• Ability to evaluate complex transactions, financial trends and risks.
• Excellent project-management, client-service, written communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements and manage delivery in accordance with professional standards.
• Oversee engagement scope, staffing, budgets, timelines, risk assessments, and client communications.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, and audit documentation for accuracy.
• Lead or support buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements.
• Coordinate with advisory, tax, valuation, and other specialists on transactions.
• Develop team members and contribute to business development across audit and advisory services.
