Job summary

Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP (HCVT) is seeking an Audit and M&A Senior Manager to lead audit engagements and provide transaction-related accounting and due diligence support for middle-market clients and private equity-backed businesses.

The role combines client relationship management with engagement delivery, mentorship, and business development across audit and transaction services in a hybrid US setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• Active CPA license required.
• Approximately eight or more years of progressive public accounting experience with leadership in audits.
• Experience with financial due diligence, transaction support, QOE analysis, or M&A accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and complete financial statement audits.
• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
• Develop client relationships across assurance and advisory services.
• Coach and develop audit and transaction engagement teams.
• Coordinate with tax, valuation, and other specialists.
