Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in auditing, compliance, insurance operation, administration, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit assignments from initiation through completion; submit required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal auditors, insurance carriers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor audit progress and provide timely updates to management and team members.
• Identify and resolve audit-related issues proactively.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of records for audit review.
• Support process improvements and collaborate with others to achieve department goals.
