Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, audit or a related field.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree; rising senior with a major in finance, accounting, or audit. Other majors may be considered.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Available for the full duration of the 10-week program.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in HCSC's internship program.
• Work with cross-functional teams in business and technical areas.
• Contribute to project work, analyze information, and support development of solutions addressing organizational needs.
• Own components of project work and deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support initiatives that improve business outcomes and member experience.
• Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to department leadership.
