• Available for the full duration of the 10-week program.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own components of project work with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes and the member and client experience.
• Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to department leadership covering project results and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company business and comply with HIPAA, diversity principles, corporate integrity, and policies.
