Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) offers a 10-week paid internship in Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX. You will support development, integration, testing, and maintenance of data and analytics solutions, applying basic SQL and BI tools while learning from mentors and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will present your project results to department leadership, participate in orientation, networking, and professional development workshops, and uphold HIPAA and compliance policies

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/CIS/MIS or related field.
Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
Available for full 10-week duration.
Unrestricted work authorization in the United States; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

Assist in development, integration, testing and maintenance of data and analytics solutions.
Understand programming languages and support divisional data solutions.
Own project components with mentor guidance and deliverables.
Research, analyze data and inform business decisions.
Deliver a final internship presentation to leadership.
