Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• CPA license certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee audit and assurance engagements for CLA’s manufacturing clients.
• Drive engagement strategy, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and decision-maker for client engagements.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching and recruitment.
• Cultivate strong client relationships regarding objectives, scope, timelines, and fees.
• Review and enhance audit programs and internal control evaluations.
• Monitor engagement performance, budgets, and deadlines.
• Facilitate client meetings presenting findings and strategic insights.
