Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) seeks an Audit Director or Audit Manager to join our Carolantaville Manufacturing and Logistics Industry team. This in-office role can be based in Charlotte, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem, where you will partner with manufacturing clients to deliver audit services, insights, and guidance to navigate complex challenges with confidence.

You will lead and oversee audit engagements, drive engagement strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
CPA license certification is required.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage client engagements.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee audit and assurance engagements for manufacturing clients.
Drive engagement strategy including planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution.
Serve as trusted advisor communicating progress and recommendations to leadership.
Build and mentor teams, managing performance and growth.
Cultivate client relationships and discuss objectives, scope, timelines, and fees.
Review and enhance audit programs and internal controls.
Monitor engagement performance, budgets, and deadlines.
Facilitate client meetings presenting findings and insights.
