CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks an Audit Director or Audit Manager to join our Carolantaville Professional Services Industry team. This in-office role can be based in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem. You will lead audit engagements and guide teams through planning, staffing, and execution.

You will act as trusted advisor to clients, monitor budgets and timelines, and develop high-performing teams to deliver high-quality audits with insightful business guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum of 6 years in a large professional services or public accounting firm, with strategic management experience.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee audit engagements for professional services clients.
• Drive engagement strategy including planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution.
• Act as trusted advisor and communicate progress to principals and client leadership.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and manage engagement scope and fees.
• Review and enhance audit programs and internal controls for quality.
