Qualifikationen

• Approximately 10 years of public accounting experience with significant public-sector audit exposure.
• CPA license and Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel to client and firm locations.
• Proven track record in business development and staff mentorship.

Aufgaben

• Maintains client relationships and oversees multiple engagements.
• May serve as engagement partner or report to the engagement partner as required.
• Sign attest opinions when assigned as engagement partner.
• Oversee all phases of engagement reporting and ensure compliance with policy.
• Communicate developments and issues to partners, with solutions.
• Ensure engagements are properly scheduled and staffed.
• Serve as SME for governmental sector audits.
• Oversee billing/collections according to firm policy.
• Supervise and train staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Involve in staff recruitment and candidate interviews.
• Lead business development activities and initial client communications.
