Job summary

Experian is seeking a Control Testing Analyst to support the execution of the control testing plan by conducting accurate tests of controls. You will evaluate design and operational effectiveness, document findings, and recommend corrective actions, reporting to the Head of Business Control Testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Control Testing, Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Internal Controls.
• Experience with control testing frameworks and assessing control design and effectiveness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple testing activities and deliver high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Perform control testing activities, including walkthroughs, sampling, and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate control design and operational effectiveness against defined criteria.
• Document testing procedures and findings following internal standards.
• Identify control deficiencies and provide assessments of impact and root cause.
• Report findings to the Control Testing Co-ordinator and contribute to remediation planning.
• Collaborate with teams to gather evidence and clarify control processes.
• Work with Analytics Team to integrate data insights into testing and support continuous assurance.
• Help improve control testing methodologies and frameworks.
