• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams in audits, reviews, and compilations for not-for-profit and for-profit clients.
• Identify key audit risk areas, formulate audit approaches, and present conclusions to Partners.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
• Cultivate client relationships through proactive communication and engagement with client personnel.
• Coordinate and communicate with Partners regarding work status and client issues.
• Develop budgets and pricing strategies for audit engagements.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and networking.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and emerging trends in auditing practices.
• Participate in professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
