Responsibilities

• Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
• Cultivate client relationships through proactive communication and engagement with client personnel.
• Coordinate and communicate with Partners regarding work status and client issues.
• Develop budgets and pricing strategies for audit engagements.
