Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Active CPA (or equivalent) credential is required.
• 13+ years of progressive public accounting / external audit or assurance experience.
• Experience leading audit engagements of increasing size and complexity.
• Proven ability to grow client portfolios and manage engagement profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagement teams and client relationships for the Assurance line.
• Manage multiple engagements, milestones, and resources.
• Identify technical accounting issues and coordinate with firm specialists.
• Develop external relationships to support growth and brand presence.
• Ensure quality, independence, and risk management in all engagements.
• Provide coaching and feedback to engagement teams.
