Job summary

RSM US LLP in the United States seeks an experienced assurance professional with CPA status to lead portions of audit engagements from planning through completion. You will coach staff, manage client communications, and ensure high-quality work across multiple engagements.

Requires 4+ years in public accounting, strong US GAAP/GAAS knowledge, and willingness to travel to client sites. The compensation range is $77,700-$147,400 with eligibility for discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited University.
• Active CPA license or demonstrated progress toward CPA licensure in state of residence.
• 4+ years of recent assurance experience within a public accounting environment.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS or other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading portions of audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff with feedback.

Responsibilities
