You will oversee day-to-day audit operations, mentor staff, collaborate with partners on complex issues, and manage multiple engagements while ensuring adherence to US GAAP and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license required.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience with leadership of multiple engagements and supervising staff.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP.
• Excellent client service and communication skills with ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead or supervise the engagement team staff on planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations to deliver world-class client service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the audit engagement including staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and financial reporting.
• Provide supervision and support to staff, seniors and supervisors and promote open communication with the engagement partner.
• Collaborate with seniors or supervisors and partners on client issue resolution and advise on regulatory and accounting issues arising during audits.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with different teams to meet client deadlines.
• Create and monitor engagement budgets to identify inefficiencies during audits.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members and participate in professional development programs.
