Job summary

RSM US LLP in Houston seeks an entrepreneurial Consulting Partner to join our Process Risk & Controls Consulting Services practice, leveraging risk advisory expertise to help middle-market clients realize their potential.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, grow the client portfolio, ensure quality delivery, mentor future leaders, and model RSM values while traveling as needed. Requires BA/MA in business or accounting, CPA/CIA/CMA, and 12+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting or related discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in internal auditing or controls, including public accounting.
• Strong business acumen with experience in internal audit/SOX risk & control assessments, Energy sector.
• CPA, CIA, CMA or similar certification preferred.
• Recent success in cultivating new business and market-facing activities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; senior management interaction.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

• Lead multiple client projects, provide guidance on proposals and internal initiatives.
• Recruit and retain future leaders, mentoring colleagues to advance professionally.
