BDO USA, P.A. is seeking an Assurance Experienced Manager to supervise audit engagements, lead teams, and ensure profitability across planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up stages. The role emphasizes marketing, networking, and client advisory on GAAP/GAAS with a focus on strong internal controls.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of audit experience, a CPA license, and expertise in GAAP/GAAS, with a track record in supervising staff and contributing to business development in the assurance practice.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of audit experience and/or public accounting experience.
• Significant supervisory experience.
• Active CPA or international equivalent required; US CPA license within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review audit work and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Engage in business development and client relationship management.
• Ensure engagement profitability including billings and collections.
