Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
CPA license required or actively pursuing licensing.
5+ years of progressive public accounting experience focused on audit and assurance.
Experience supervising and developing staff.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards.

Responsibilities

Lead assurance engagements from planning to completion.
Serve as primary contact for assigned clients.
Identify and communicate accounting, financial reporting, and operational risks.
Provide recommendations to improve internal controls and financial reporting.
Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability.
Supervise, mentor, and develop senior associates and staff accountants.
Facilitate technical training and on-the-job development.
Assist with staffing and workload management across engagements.
