Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license is required or actively pursuing licensing requirements.
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience with focus on audit and assurance.
• Prior experience supervising and developing professional staff.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Identify and communicate accounting, financial reporting, and operational risks.
• Provide recommendations to improve internal controls, processes, and financial reporting.
• Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability.
