Jobot is seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to lead audit and assurance engagements for a diverse middle‑market client portfolio. This individual will serve as a key advisor to clients while managing engagement teams, ensuring technical excellence, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong accounting and auditing knowledge, exceptional client relationship skills, and a passion for developing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license required or actively pursuing licensure.
• 5+ years in public accounting focused on audit/assurance.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage engagement budgets.
• Identify and communicate risks in accounting and reporting.
• Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy.
• Supervise and develop senior associates and staff accountants.
• Stay current on accounting standards and firm methodology.
