Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting (required); pursuing a CPA preferred.
• Leadership experience (preferred).
• Active pursuit of school credits to become a CPA.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a structured on-the-job training program to learn GAAP/GAAS.
• Learn BDO audit methodology to assist with audit stages.
• Provide support functions to audit staff during engagements.
• Communicate with clients and related parties about audit issues.
• Prepare and document work in working papers using BDO templates.
• Contribute ideas to audit teams and discuss different viewpoints.
• Complete an audit-related research project and present findings.
