Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting is required.
• Pursuing CPA certification is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured on-the-job training program to learn GAAP and GAAS.
• Learn BDO audit methodology to support audit engagements.
• Provide support to audit staff during engagements.
• Assist in communicating with clients and related parties about audit issues.
• Prepare and document work papers using BDO templates.
• Contribute ideas to audit teams and present findings.
• Complete an accounting or audit research project and present to Assurance panel.
• Perform additional duties as required.
