Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires college credits or an associate degree.
• Experience with students with disabilities or health field preferred.
• Maintains confidential records under HIPAA/FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Supports audiologist during evaluations by preparing students and assisting during testing sessions.
• Coordinates district-wide hearing screenings by scheduling events and maintaining equipment.
• Manages scheduling, student records, and documentation with timely responses.
• Maintains HIPAA/FERPA compliant records and consent forms.
• Keeps a clean, organized workspace; sanitizes equipment; tracks inventory; assists with supplies.
• All other duties as assigned to support services.
