Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking an Audiologist to work in the Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas. The role offers part-time or full-time schedules across multiple locations with a flexible, travel-friendly footprint in long-term care settings.

The Audiologist will conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and device adjustments, supported by an on-site administrative team and a proprietary EMR system. Candidates must hold an AuD/masters, CCC-A, and a valid state license.

Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology.
  • CCC-A Certification (ASHA).
  • Current State professional license.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general audiology services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within a territory.
  • Conduct pre-planned diagnostic audiological examinations at facilities by coordinating with facility staff.
  • Perform hearing aid evaluations and repairs; dispense and adjust analog and digital devices.
  • Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in the EMR system.

Overview

HealthDrive is currently seeking an Audiologist to work Part-Time or Full-Time (2-5 Days per week) covering multiple locations across the Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas.

*$10k Sign On Bonus Available at 5 days per week (prorated for fewer days)*

Responsibilities

The Audiologist will provide general audiology services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct pre-planned comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations at our facilities by interacting with both our facilities and staff
  • Performs hearing aid evaluations and repairs
  • Dispensing and adjusting analog and digital hearing aids as well as other amplification devices
  • Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
  • Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Mastersor Doctorate Degree in Audiology.
  • Required C.C.C. –A classification from ASHA
  • CurrentState professional license.
  • Valid driver’s license.
