Job summary

Audicus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Audiologist licensed in Wisconsin to join our mission-driven team, supporting partner clinics and ensuring high-quality hearing care for diverse patients.

The role requires Wisconsin licensure (or immediate application), a Doctorate of Audiology, and 1–3 years of clinic experience. Work includes on-site visits to partner centers, including correctional facilities, delivering testing, adjustments, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

  • Must have an active Wisconsin Audiology License (or the ability to apply for one immediately).
  • Hold a Doctorate of Audiology from an accredited university.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in a clinic.
  • Veterans and/or diverse patient population experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Visit partner clinics (2–4 visits/month) to perform hearing tests and recommend appropriate hearing aids.
  • Provide troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs for hearing aids dispensed by our team.
  • Deliver exceptional patient experience and represent the company.
  • Conduct onsite clinic visits at partner health centers 2–4 times per month, 2–4 hours per visit.
  • Perform patient services directly within the correctional centers.

We are looking for an experienced Audiologist to join our amazing team of mission-driven individuals, helping us to disrupt the hearing aid industry, while keeping the customer in the forefront.

Who You Are

A forward-thinking, empathetic, Audiologist with a Wisconsin license with a devotion to quality customer service and a passion for helping others hear.

Must have an active Wisconsin Audiology License (or the ability to apply for one immediately) and hold a Doctorate of Audiology from an accredited university. At least 1-3 years of experience in a clinic. Experience working with veterans and/or a diverse patient population is a big plus.

Responsibilities
Partner Clinic (2-4 visits/month):
  • Visit our partners inside of correctional center to perform hearing tests and recommend appropriate hearing aids
  • Provide troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs for hearing aids previously dispensed by our team
  • Provide an exceptional patient experience and serve as a strong representative of the company
  • Conduct onsite clinic visits at partner health centers approximately 2-4 times per month, with each visit lasting 2-4 hours
  • Perform all patient services directly within the correctional center

Compensation Range:

Hourly range: $65 - $75 / hr
