Jefferson Regional is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Pine Bluff, AR, to perform administrative duties in a clinic setting and support the healthcare team. You will ensure efficient patient flow and deliver excellent customer service to diverse patients.

The role requires strong communication, computer and office equipment skills, with preference for healthcare or customer service experience. This is a full-time position within the Jefferson Regional Practice Management Clinic.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or business office course preferred.
• Advanced computer, phone, email, and business office equipment knowledge required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written required.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment required.
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred.
