Jefferson Regional Practice Management Clinic is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for the nephrology clinic in Pine Bluff, AR. You will handle administrative duties, support the healthcare team, and deliver excellent patient service to ensure efficient care.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong computer and communication skills, and experience in a fast-paced medical office. Healthcare or customer service background is preferred, along with basic medical terminology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or business office course preferred.
• Advanced computer, phone, email, and business office equipment knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in healthcare office setting preferred.
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
