Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking an Audiologist to work across Milwaukee and Madison, WI with Part-Time or Full-Time options (2–5 days per week). The role features a $10k sign-on bonus for 5 days per week, prorated for fewer days, and an uncapped production-based pay structure averaging $400+ per day.

• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology required.
• CCC-A certification from ASHA required.
• Current state professional license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general audiology services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within assigned territory.
• Conduct pre-planned diagnostic audiological examinations at facilities by interacting with staff.
• Perform hearing aid evaluations and repairs.
• Dispense and adjust analog and digital hearing aids and other amplification devices.
• Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Daily travel to skilled nursing facilities for mobile care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

HealthDrive is currently seeking an Audiologist to work Part-Time or Full-Time (2-5 Days per week) covering multiple locations across the Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas.

Responsibilities

The Audiologist will provide general audiology services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct pre-planned comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations at our facilities by interacting with both our facilities and staff
• Performs hearing aid evaluations and repairs
• Dispensing and adjusting analog and digital hearing aids as well as other amplification devices
• Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Mastersor Doctorate Degree in Audiology.
• Required C.C.C. –A classification from ASHA
• CurrentState professional license.
• Valid driver’s license.
