Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking an Audiologist (part-time or full-time) to serve residents in Milwaukee and Madison areas. You will perform comprehensive audiology exams, hearing aid evaluations, and device adjustments in nursing homes and long-term care facilities.

Travel daily to facilities is required, with a supportive admin team and a robust benefits package for full-time staff. The role offers a $10k sign-on bonus (prorated for fewer days) and uncapped production-based pay, plus mileage

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology and ASHA certification are required.
• Current state professional license is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide audiology services to residents in nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
• Conduct diagnostic audiological examinations and hearing aid evaluations/repairs.
• Dispense and adjust analog and digital hearing aids and amplification devices.
• Complete patient data in the EMR system and maintain clinical documentation.
• Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities to treat patients.

*$10k Sign On Bonus Available at 5 days per week (prorated for fewer days)*

Responsibilities

The Audiologist will provide general audiology services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct pre-planned comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations at our facilities by interacting with both our facilities and staff
• Performs hearing aid evaluations and repairs
• Dispensing and adjusting analog and digital hearing aids as well as other amplification devices
• Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Mastersor Doctorate Degree in Audiology.
• Required C.C.C. -A classification from ASHA
• CurrentState professional license.
• Valid driver's license.
