Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking an Audiologist to cover multiple locations across the Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas. The role offers part-time or full-time options with a sign-on bonus and uncapped production-based pay.

You will provide audiology services in nursing homes and long-term care facilities, perform diagnostic exams, hearing aid evaluations, repairs, and dispense devices with full administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate in Audiology is required.
  • CCC-A certification from ASHA is required.
  • Current state professional license is required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general audiology services in nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
  • Conduct diagnostic exams and hearing aid evaluations/repairs.
  • Dispense and adjust hearing aids and amplification devices.
  • Enter patient data and document in the EMR system.
  • Travel daily to facilities to treat patients.

Overview

HealthDrive is currently seeking an Audiologist to work Part-Time or Full-Time (2-5 Days per week) covering multiple locations across the Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas.

*$10k Sign On Bonus Available at 5 days per week (prorated for fewer days)*

Responsibilities

The Audiologist will provide general audiology services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct pre-planned comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations at our facilities by interacting with both our facilities and staff
  • Performs hearing aid evaluations and repairs
  • Dispensing and adjusting analog and digital hearing aids as well as other amplification devices
  • Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
  • Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Mastersor Doctorate Degree in Audiology.
  • Required C.C.C. –A classification from ASHA
  • CurrentState professional license.
  • Valid driver’s license.
